DJ Anjna was incredibly generous with her time, energy, and knowledge.
Throughout the wedding weekend, she battled through venue restrictions and noise ordinances and continued pushing until we were able to make everything we wanted happen exactly as we had dreamt of it. Having Anjna there and seeing how much she genuinely cared about our experience, and was willing to fight for it, elevated the entire experience for us.
And finally, on the wedding day, Anjna truly blew us away. The music she played was absolutely perfect. From the songs to the traditional tunes and every little musical moment, she somehow captured exactly what we wanted the day to feel like. It genuinely felt like we were getting married in India. There were so many moments where we looked around and thought, “This is exactly how it should feel,” and Anjna was a huge part of creating that feeling.
What stood out most was how invested she was in our wedding beyond simply playing music. She understood us, understood what we wanted the weekend to feel like, and treated us as though we were family. And I guess after this, she really is family to us :)
